This quote makes absolutely no sense. If fear is not real, then how can you make a choice on something that doesn't exist? Also, the fight or flight response is pretty much ingrained in our existence. I don't see how someone could choose not to be afraid. Granted, you can learn to deal with your emotions, overcome them, or even use them to your benefit. Also, why is fear not real? Thoughts are real. Emotions are real. They are dictated by the impulses and chemical reactions in your brain. So why wouldn't fear be real? Makes no sense.
