The Only Thing That Worries Me About This Is...
It's written by John Gatnis, the same screenwriter responsible for Reel Steel, Dreamer, Hardball and Summer Catch none of which inspire much confidence in the quality of his work. He also wrote the screenplay for Coach Carter which was a decent movie but if this is supposed to be some kind of Oscar contender then my expectations aren't that high. Other than than it's got a great cast and director with a good track record who may be able to overcome some of the pitfalls in the script. But I just cringe when I hear some of the movies Gatnis has been responsible for.
