Where would you have it take place, and when? Would you have it set right after the events of Prometheus, or 20 years after? Why?
I'd have it set right after the events of Prometheus, have it start with her finding the Engineer's home world, and ending on LV-426.
What is she going to do when she finds the Eng's homeworld , crash the ship into it ? Drop a few goo bombs ? Before she even gets to any new craft there's the little lizard king that just burst out of the Jockey's chest thats also going to be hot on her tail too. Probably , if you follow the prdictablility of this film into the next , that little nasty gets on board with her & michael's head which is just another repeat of the original . And that would be scary on one level & just so boring , predictable & dumb on the other .
She has a star ship now & the ability to fly it , she can go on a Star Trek to anywhere & find any number of other intelligent species out there to learn answers from beside these Dark Angels which aren't that cool to begin with & not the only ones out there . It would be really nice to introduce some other intelligent life she could encounter that could be protagonists to these Dark angels & find allies . By herself shes not going to do much ...
The Galaxy is very very very large , you cannot even begin to understand how far Pluto is let alone 100,000 light yrs and 200bil stars with up to a trillion planets just in our Milky Way .
I'd like to see Shaw end up as Prometheus herself , returns to save earth in some way with little helpers from the Stars she finds along the way to fight an epic battle with the evil engineers , but thats too grand sci fi for this bunch of marrooons that wrote this hollow promo .
I want to know why the aliens wanted the humans dead. As far as I remember, that wasn't very much explained. I want to hear from the aliens themselves just why they were about to send a warship to earth.
