Funny and entertaing or annoying and boring

Like every person on earth I saw this film back 1994 and I liked it, almost loved it. Now, 19 years later, I´m kinda leaning towards it being annoying and boring. Definitely doesn´t age well. Sure it has it moments but they aren´t as many as they were. Anybody else feel like their view on this film has changed with the years?
