The other sister [Raven] had the ability to talk to animals? Didn't they find that out in the 2cnd movie? They never said n-e thing about Mya being able to talk to animals in the second movie.....unless if they did I forgot. BTW this movie kinda sucked. I didn't like it like the other two. It was too......rushy. Like they just rushed right through it. And out of all the people that came to the Durango Ranch they only focused on like 4 kids instead of all the other 'extra' kids that were on the bus and following them and stuff. I hate it when movies do that. nd that guy was not cute! Ugh I'm black and think he wasn't even cute! And what happened to Omorion in the begginning? They just like showed him and how Mya had a crush on him, and then she went to the ranch and it's like she totally forgot about him. >_<

She couldn't talk to them in the 2nd film. She tried but it never worked. So I'm guessing it's a thing they get as they get older.

The older sister -did- have the ability to talk to animals, but she wasn't put into the movie. Obviously this takes place a few years (at least) after the second one, and this is about Maya coming into her abilities. I don't believe that they mentioned that Maya could talk to animals, but if her sister and father could, it was likely only a matter of time before she did as well.

I agree with you. The first 2 movies were great. But the third was terrible
