I was positive I'd seen this actress in later films, but her page linked to Rabid gives this as her only screen credit. I'm pretty sure she appeared under the name Terri Hanauer for subsequent films (The Rapture, in particular, one of my favorites).

That would be Terry Schonblum, who plays the Judy Glasberg victimized by Rose in the Jacuzzi. The iconic image of her frozen corpse was central to the original theatrical movie poster.
