It has Emmanuelle Chriqui in it. That's about it. It's right down the middle formulaic horror except it's about fifteen years out of date. It's worth a shot if you're bored, drunk, and have a sweety to grab onto. Otherwise, spend your time on a something more modern and original.

Nope. I meant exactly the opposite. She was the only good thing about the movie in my opinion. She's a talented actress. The rest of the entire movie was a bunch of hacks, pardon the pun.
Even her death, though, was old. There was a movie in the 80's/early 90's....I can't recall the name off the top of my head....the bad guy was a deformed, inbred mutant-thing (imagine that) living in a hidden room under a house/castle. A girl escapes up a tunnel out of the house and as she exits it, the axe hits her and pins her head to a wall and the body drops.
